Amaranth, purselane, goose feet, mustards, mallow, burdock root, clover, dandelion, curly dock, lambs quarters, prickly lettuce, brambles, peppergrass, plantain, even nettles are packed with incredible nutrition!
These plants are delicious and fresh and a great addition to soups, rice, and beans (think food storage and situations in which they could come in handy), chicken casserole, green smoothies, and simply made with butter and salt. How about a rendition of Olive Garden's kale (using wild greens) and sausage creamy oh-so-good soup or tortilla wraps that are stuffed with bacon, sour cream, and wilted greens and the cut into appetizer rounds? So many options!

What a brilliant thing it is that there is medicine in plants. It is said that for every ailment we could experience as beings of the earth that there is a cure on this earth for it. What is also fascinating is that the plants around us are matched to the various systems of the body.
